Beef Tomatoes
2 stalks of celery
3 or 4 tomatoes
1 stalk green onion
3 or 4 green peppers
1/2 onions
1 lb. beef slices and soaked in the following mixture for 1/2 hour before cooking:
1 tsp. wine
2 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. shoyu
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
Gravy:
1 tsp. corn starch
1 tsp. shoyu
1 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Cook soaked beef, remove from pan, cook vegetables, put beef back in pan and add gravy and cook for a minute.
