2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup lime or lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon gourmet powder
Sauce III
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon shoyu
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Sauce IV
1/4 cup miso
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon gourmet powder
Method:
Mix together until sugar and salt are dissolved. Add to prepared vegetable or seaweed.
