Chinese Chicken Salad
- 1 or 2 chicken breast (Boil in water with salt, cool and shred)
- 1 bundle – 2 oz. Chinese long rice (Deep fry long rice until brown)
- 1 head – lettuce – shredded
- 4 stalks – green onions – chopped
- 2 tbsp. toasted almonds – chopped
- 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Dressing:
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. MSG
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ¼ cup salad oil
- 3 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
Combine all ingredients in jar. Shake well. Refrigerate. Combine all salad ingredients. Add dressing and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
