Pickled Mango

 

1 gallon green tender mangoes
6 cups water
4 cups brown raw sugar
2 cups vinegar
3/4 cup salt (Hawaiian)
2 tbsp. red coloring

Wash and slice mango in half. Mix all the other ingredients and boil. When cool, add the mangoes in. Store in jars
