Garlic Fried Chicken

 

1 2-1/2 lb. frying chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon Juice
2 cloves mashed garlic
3/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. paprika

Cut chicken in serving pieces. Place chicken in refrigerator dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken to cover all pieces. Cover dish and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Drain; dredge in flour and fry In 1 inch of hot fat until tender, about 50 minutes.
