Herb Butter

 

1/2 lb. butter or margarine (2 cubes)

4 cloves garlic, crushed

Dash salt

1 Tbsp. dried rosemary or 1-1/2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary

Soften the butter or margarine. Add the garlic, rosemary and salt. Mix thoroughly. Place in a small crock or bowl and serve with freshly baked bread.
