Tako Onion Poke (Octopus-Onion Poke)

 

2 lbs. tako, sliced thin, boiled (octopus)

1/4 c. shoyu

1 tbsp. sesame oil

lemon juice from 1 lemon

1/2 c. green onions, chopped

3 tbsp. grated ginger

salt

Combine and serve cold.
