Char Siu
4-5 lbs. pork butt, cut into 2-inch strips
1/4 c. Hawaiian salt
1-1/2 c. raw sugar
1 tsp. five spices
2 tsp. red coloring
1. Combine raw sugar, five spices and red coloring and rub into pork.
2. Marinate 12-24 hours turning over once.
3. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, turn over once.
