Char Siu Fishcake Tempura
1 Ib. Chinese fishcake
1 cup chopped char siu
1/2 cup chopped kamaboko
1/2 cut chopped green beans
1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts
1/4 cup minced green onions
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Cornstarch paste (mixture of 1 Tbsp. each cornstarch and water)
Oil
Combine all ingredients except cornstarch paste; mix well. Blend in cornstarch paste. Form into small patties. Fry in heated oil.
