Char Siu
5 lb. pork shoulder (6-7 pieces)
10 tsp. sugar
2-1/2 tsp. salt
10 tsp. honey
7-1/2 tsp. shoyu
Red coloring
Combine above ingredients and let soak overnight. Place on a rack in a roasting pan. Add a few drops of water to prevent from smoking. Bake for 1 hour, 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
