Shoyu Hot Dogs

 

1/4 C soy sauce
1/4 C sugar
1 thumb ginger, minced
2 lbs hot dogs, sliced diagonally

Mix shoyu and sugar and set aside. Pour enough oil to coat a wide, hot skillet. Add ginger, allowing it to flavor the oil. After about one minute, add hot dogs and heat through. Add shoyu and sugar mixture, stirring to coat hot dogs.
