Cottage Cheese Mold

 

Jello:
1 each, Lime and Lemon Jello
1 cup hot water
1 cup cold water
Mix and freeze until slightly thick.

Mix:
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 pt. whipped cream or avoset
1/2 box cottage cheese, small size.
Mix whipped cream, cottage cheese and mayonnaise into Jello and freeze.

Grease mold with mayonnaise before adding mixture.
