Mango Pie

 

Filling:
4 cups mango slices
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tap. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
1 tbsp. lime or lemon Juice
3 tbsp. flour

Line pie pan with pastry, put in mango slices and sprinkle sugar, flour, spices and lemon Juice. Cover with pastry.
Bake in hot oven 425 F. for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 F for 30 minutes.
