Pumpkin Pie #2
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ginger
pinch of salt
2 large eggs (separated)
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cup milk
Follow ingredients as above and mix well, leaving egg whites. Beat egg whites stiff and fold in gently. Sprinkle nutmeg, and bake at 325 F.
